Your 4-digit PIN is never stored in plain text. It is hashed using a one-way algorithm and cannot be reversed.

The app automatically signs you out after 5 minutes of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access.

Ekié staff will never ask for your PIN via phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. If anyone claiming to be from Ekié asks for your PIN, it is a scam. Report it immediately to hello@myekie.com.
